Once the visa is granted, focus on locking in accommodation, insurance activation, and a document folder, New Zealand's post-arrival admin is lighter than many destinations, but a few things (bank account, IRD number, tenancy) go faster if organised before departure.
Confirm enrolment and orientation dates
