The one thing to know. Bramica purchases may be processed through Razorpay, Apple App Store billing, or Google Play billing depending on platform and product availability. Paid student and counsellor access are one-time purchases with a fixed access period and no auto-renew. Icyarcaninedoes not process refunds directly to your card, UPI, or bank. Refund requests go through the payment rail you used (Razorpay, Apple, or Google), subject to that channel's policies.
1. Two kinds of paid access
Student access
Students can use Bramica on a Free account at no charge. Paid student access is sold as one-time annual packs, currently Basic, Pro, and All Access. Each paid pack unlocks student features for a fixed period (365 days from purchase). There is no auto-renew. When the period ends, access to paid features stops unless you buy again. Where you purchase depends on platform: the mobile app (Apple or Google billing) or, for eligible packs, Razorpay checkout on the website.
Counsellor workspace
Counsellor workspace access is sold separately from student packs, as one-time annual purchases. We currently offer two workspace plans: Individual and Team. Each purchase activates (or extends) the workspace for one year. Nothing auto-renews: when the year ends, access pauses unless you renew manually. Extra seats for team workspaces are also one-time purchases. Credit top-up packs are likewise one-time purchases that add profile-search credits to your workspace.
2. We do not process refunds directly
Because Icyarcanine does not hold your payment credentials, we cannot refund you from our side. The merchant of record for App Store and Google Play purchases is Apple Inc. or Google LLC, as applicable. Razorpay purchases are governed by Razorpay and your bank or wallet provider.
Where a refund is granted by the payment rail, it is executed by that rail. Where a refund is denied, we cannot override that decision. You agree, by using Bramica, that you understand and accept this.
3. Where to file a refund request
Razorpay (web or other Razorpay checkout)
If you paid through Razorpay, contact us at bramica@icyarcanine.com with your purchase details. We will help you identify the correct Razorpay dispute or refund path. Razorpay and your bank or wallet issuer make the final decision.
iOS (Apple App Store)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase.
- Locate the Bramicacharge, click “Report a Problem”, and follow the prompts.

- Open the Google Play app → Menu → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history.
- Find the Bramicaorder, tap “Request a refund” or “Report a problem”.

4. What Icyarcanine can and cannot do
What we can do:
- Provide a written description of a technical or service issue to attach to your platform or Razorpay refund request, when we agree an issue existed on our side.
- Confirm your plan's expiry date and what was purchased, so your refund request to the payment rail is accurate.
What we cannot do, under any circumstances:
- Process a refund directly to your card, UPI, or bank.
- Override an Apple, Google, or Razorpay refund decision.
- Refund a one-time purchase (student or counsellor) after the access period has been substantially used, except as the payment rail allows.
- Issue store credit, coupons, or service vouchers in lieu of a payment-rail refund.
5. Student packs, delivery and cooling-off
Access to paid student features begins when payment is confirmed. The digital service is considered delivered on the first use of any paid feature within your access period. Statutory cooling-off rights that cannot be waived by law are unaffected.
There is nothing to “cancel” on a student pack mid-year in the subscription sense, you keep access until your one-year window ends. If you bought by mistake, use the refund channel for how you paid.
6. Counsellor workspace, renewal and lapse
Counsellor workspace plans do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. Each purchase covers one year; renewing before expiry adds a further year on top of your current expiry date. If you choose not to renew, access simply pauses when the year ends, your records are retained and access resumes when you purchase again. 7. Free trials and promotional offers
If we offer a counsellor free trial, you will not be charged during the trial unless stated otherwise. A trial never converts into a charge by itself, continuing after the trial requires an explicit one-time purchase. Promotional codes and credits, when offered, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute outside the refund process above may result in immediate termination of your Bramica account and, at our discretion, addition of your identifier to an internal abuse blocklist.
9. Scope
This policy does not create any right to a refund beyond what your payment rail or applicable law gives you.
