Applying to universities
Applications go directly to each university's international office or admissions portal (New Zealand has no single centralised clearing house like UCAS or uni-assist). The February intake is the main one; July is the secondary intake with typically less competition.
Confirm the intake and program-specific deadline

Application windows and deadlines are set per university and per program, competitive Masters and professional programs (e.g. health sciences, some Business Masters) often close months earlier than the general deadline.
