Credits pay for research. One country-fit search costs from 8 credits (a single country) up to about 104 credits (all 13 countries at maximum depth), program matches are included in that price. Even the Individual plan's 65,000 monthly credits cover roughly 600 full 13-country searches, far more than a busy month of counselling normally needs.

Every seat has its own monthly allowance (for example 100,000 credits per seat on Team) so one heavy user can never drain the whole workspace. The org pool (360,000 on Team) caps what the entire team can spend together in a month, it is deliberately set below the sum of all seat allowances, because real teams never max out every seat at once.

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each month. If you run low, one-time credit packs are available inside the dashboard, up to 50% of a purchased pack carries into the following month, and packs are spent only after your monthly pool.

No. Every counsellor plan is a one-time purchase covering one year, nothing auto-renews. Renewing before expiry simply adds another year on top of your current end date, and your remaining days and extra seats are kept.
